As Model Human Resources Information Technology Training and Consulting Limited Company (“Company”), we process your personal data as the data controller within the scope of your job application process in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“KVKK”).

In accordance with the KVKK, your personal data is processed by Model Human Resources Information Technology Training and Consulting Limited Company as the “data controller”.

• Carrying out job application processes,
• Conducting candidate selection and placement processes,
• Planning human resources processes.

4. Method and Legal Grounds for Collecting Personal Data

• It is mandatory for the establishment, exercise, or protection of a right (KVKK Art. 5/2-e).

Under Article 11 of the KVKK, you have the following rights:

• To request information if your personal data has been processed,
• To learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used in accordance with that purpose,
• To know the third parties to whom your personal data is transferred, whether domestically or abroad,
• To request the correction of incomplete or inaccurate data,
• To request the deletion or destruction of your personal data when the reasons for processing no longer exist, even if it has been processed in compliance with the law,
• To request that transactions made in accordance with the above be notified to third parties to whom the data was transferred,
• To object to the emergence of a result against you as a result of analysis made exclusively by automated systems,
• To demand compensation if you suffer damage due to unlawful data processing.
