Employee Candidate Clarification Text Under the Law on the Protection of Personal Data No. 6698

As Model Human Resources Information Technology Training and Consulting Limited Company (“Company”), we process your personal data within the scope of managing your job application processes in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“PDPL”) as the data controller.


1. Data Controller

In accordance with the PDPL, your personal data is processed by Model Human Resources Information Technology Training and Consulting Limited Company as the “data controller”.

2. Processed Personal Data and Purposes of Processing

The curriculum vitae (CV) information you provide to us is collected through our website www.model-hr.com and is processed for the following purposes:

  • Conducting job application processes,
  • Carrying out candidate selection and placement procedures,
  • Planning human resources processes.
3. Transfer of Personal Data

Your personal data is not transferred to any third party or institution except for the purposes specified in this clarification text.

4. Method and Legal Grounds for Collecting Personal Data

Your data is collected through automated means (e.g., our website) based on the following legal grounds:

  • Being necessary for the establishment or performance of a contract (PDPL Art. 5/2-c),
  • Being necessary for the establishment, exercise, or protection of a right (PDPL Art. 5/2-e).
5. Your Rights as a Data Subject

Under Article 11 of the PDPL, you have the following rights:

  • To learn whether your personal data is processed,
  • If processed, to request information regarding such processing,
  • To learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used in accordance with this purpose,
  • To learn the third parties to whom data is transferred domestically or abroad,
  • To request the correction of incomplete or inaccurate personal data,
  • To request the deletion or destruction of personal data if the reasons for processing are no longer valid,
  • To request that correction/deletion requests be forwarded to third parties to whom data has been transferred,
  • To object to unfavorable results arising from automated data analysis,
  • To request compensation for damages in case of unlawful data processing.
