English Speaking Customer Relations Specialist

Iz Baski A.Ş., which is the leading company in the Turkish and Middle East markets with its high technology plastic injection and high quality offset printing techniques, is one of the leading companies in Europe with its second production facility in Slovenia.

There is no contribution to R&D and innovation studies. Iz Baski A.Ş., which continues continuously and improves itself. We are looking for a teammate who will support our growing team as an English-Speaking Customer Relations Specialist

Required Qualifications

• Graduate from relevant departments of vocational schools or universities,
• At least 2 years of work experience in similar positions,
• Good verbal skills. and have knowledge of written English,
• Good knowledge and experience of MS Office and ERP applications,
• Planning and follow-up direction strong,
• Strong communication, customer-oriented, prone to teamwork,
• Open to learn, high self-confidence, analytical thinking, dynamic, capable of working systematically and regularly,
• Having a career goal,
• Able to adapt to flexible working hours,
• Preferably with a class B driver's license and an active vehicle; able to use,
• For male candidates, they have completed their military service or are exempt,
• Residing / able to reside in the Anatolian Side of Istanbul, Kocaeli or Gebze area

Job Description

• Providing mainly operational support to the sales team,
• Entering orders and required data entries from customers into the system and keeping track of them,
• Consolidating and reporting all order processes on a daily, weekly or monthly basis, identifying the root causes of errors and malfunctions and developing solution suggestions,
• Directing customer requests and complaints to relevant departments,
• Managing customer relations and increasing customer satisfaction,
• Supporting general customer satisfaction surveys and taking necessary actions based on the survey results,
• Following up returns and wastage,
• Collection tracking and stock control; to provide,
• Sales, stock status, etc. making reports on issues,
• Taking part in sales and marketing activities in line with the determined targets, 
• Working in coordination with other relevant departments for sales activities and after-sales services,
• To be informed about company policy changes by working in cooperation with relevant departments
